Comenius-project
2008-2010:
“Renewable energy:
A future for our planet”
Nowadays the energy issue has become a priority in all EU countries. Energy
prices are soaring daily and shortage of natural resources is looming on the
horizon. Our topic “Renewable energy: A future for our planet” was meant to
increase awareness and encourage a critical scientific approach. This project
focused on students 14-17 years old studying physics in their curriculum.
During the mobilities the students stayed in families providing a full insight in
the culture of the hosting country. Visits to regenerative energies state of the
art plants were also planned. Throughout the whole project students were
involved in dissemination in their local area. Communication and collaborative
work between multinational groups took place in English.
